Return Policy
Returns for damaged products are accepted if I am notified within one week of delivery. Buyers can reach out to me at lisa@lisafrick.com regarding any issues with a damaged order. All shipments are insured, so please retain the packaging and take photos of both the item's damage and the shipping box, as these images are necessary for filing an insurance claim. A return label will be provided to the buyer for returning the item, and a refund will be issued upon its return. As my items are made to order, I can only process returns and offer refunds for damaged merchandise.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is included in all prices. I only ship to the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping costs. Please contact me for an estimate on this. Orders placed to AK or HI will be cancelled and refunded unless prior contact and agreement has beed made.
Keep in mind that shipping times include processing time. My items are hand made to order and this takes time to create and process.
